What’s in the Facebook Status? Single, Open Relationship, Engaged Or Married? I’m Freaked Out!

Have you ever been with a friend for a couple of months, he then breaks up saying he doesn’t love you anymore. A month later comes back to you stays for you for a month and then again breaks up. You end up thinking am I a whore or what?

Have You Ever Freaked Out?

Keeping the above scenario in mind how much it hurts to change your Facebook relationship status? How much difficult is it to change it back from Engaged or In a Relationship to Single or Open? Have you ever freaked out when your friend changed it to In an Open Relationship from being Engaged (engaged with you hopefully) and your status being still Engaged (to him)?

How to Change Your Facebook Relationship Status?

You can change your status on Facebook by clicking on “Profile” on the top right corner just beside Home. Then click on “Edit my Profile” beneath your picture and then inside “Basic Information” you’ll find that gem. First time it took me around 20 minutes to find that.

Can I go to Bed with that Guy?

Do you really think I can go to bed with a guy with his status being Open Relationship? There are certain degrees of relationships and now I have come to the conclusion till the status of the guy I’m in love with is Married (to me) or Engaged (with me) other statuses are meaningless.

Now suppose for a moment even if the status is Engaged can anything stop my friend from having another affair? Engaged to whom? Sorry it can’t stop anyone from having another affair till the status is Married.

How I Got Married?

Marriage means something. It’s a legal binding that infidelity or in other words extra-marital-affairs are not permissible. It is the only status that can protect my love. This was so simple to understand yet took me so long to understand.

Do you want to make your lover understand it too and save yourself from the agony and frustration of changing your Facebook status every now and then?

Get romantic now! The Sacred Seduction is the only authentic user manual of love you need if you seriously want to marry your true love. Even if you are married it helps keep your marriage intact and keeps the fire of passion burning as if every night is the first night of your marriage. The Number 1 Turn on For a Girl on a Date – Don’t Ever Date Without Doing It!

The Biggest Turn On for a Girl

The biggest turn-on for a girl on a date is none other than asking questions about her. If you want to get the real love of a girl ask questions and then again ask questions from her based on what she said. It means you are taking genuine interest in understanding her. But don’t get too personal. You can ask general question like your favorite movie, song, actor, the happiest moments of your life, things you like to eat, dancing preferences etc. Do remember; don’t forget to praise her clothes or handbag or makeup.

The Biggest Mistake Guys Make

The biggest mistake guys make is to talk about themselves they did this or that, they have this or that. It’s not important to girls. They instantly spot the self-centric, conceited personality from the altruistic personality and term that guy as immature.

The Type of Guys Girls Go After

Girls usually go either for the mature or the wacky, crazy, weird guy in a band. I had several crushes on such guys.

To Turn Me On

The biggest turn on for me is when someone takes genuine interest in me, in what I am, in those moments of my life that I enjoy the most, my childhood memories, my likes and dislikes. It’s just like if you don’t do anything to understand me how can you understand what gives me pleasure and what gives me sorrow. Not asking questions is sort of being indifferent, especially when it’s the first or the second date. For me it is impossible to go in bed with a guy who does not know me or does not show genuine interested in doing so.

Intriguing Guys

I agree sometimes when guys are not good in conversation they appear intriguing. Girls like intriguing guys but only to a certain extent. They may spend a night or two with such a guy but for a long-term relationship an understanding personality is a must.

The Most Unromantic Thing for a Girl

Self-centricity of a guy is the most boring and the most unromantic thing for a girl. Romance means to understand one another’s needs both physical and emotional.

Ask questions. It is the first part of being romantic.

Get romantic now. The Sacred Seduction is the only authentic user manual of love you need if you seriously want to get the true love of your life. Don’t click that link if you are scared of taking risks, shy of taking down all your inhibitions or afraid of the unknown.

I Suspect My Husband is Having an Affair

Somebody asked this question:

QS: I Suspect My Husband is Having an Affair. I feel in my heart he is. I find myself snooping around with out thinking, trying to find something. I ask him, he tells me no he’s not. My husband and I got married march 6th this year.

ANS: You can read my reply here under David’s name. Here is my reply for a wider audience.

The first question that I ask from you is What’s Your Concept of Marriage?

What is Marriage?

Marriage is just a contract of living together. What people mistake is that they think after marriage they own their spouse, especially women.

Marriage is the strongest bond on earth and it is the most fragile as well.

Can you guess what’s the glue that bonds a marriage?

It’s none other than “TRUST.

Till there is trust in a marriage the bond is unbreakable but when it’s not there this bonds gets weaker and weaker till it is ultimately severed.

What is Trust?

To trust is to share and to believe.

What to Share and What to Believe?

To share everything, almost everything that your partner can listen to with an open heart and an open mind. As you best friend not as your spouse.

To believe in Love. To believe in your partner’s capabilities, to believe in the truth.

What is Truth?

Truth is anything that’s true. Mind you truth is usually sour, one has to develop the taste for truth just like olives.

What is The Truth?

The Truth is all of yours or your partners present and past love affairs, infatuations, fetishes etc etc etc.

If you or your partner can live with ‘the truth’ your bond of marriage will remain as strong as steel. But once truth becomes hidden the bond gets weaker and eventually breaks.

Don’t ever let a wall stand between you and your spouse that hinders the truth to cross.

Listen to the truth with a brave heart, accept it with an open heart and live it with a happy heart.

Why is it so Important?

Have you ever heard the name “Bill Gates” and Microsoft?

I must be kidding, sometimes I do:-). I’ve been working in a large corporate environment in a leading position and have been interested in why companies succeed and why companies fail?

Do you know the secret behind Bill Gate’s success?

He was the first one to be notified of any “bad news” (I wrote “he was” as Ray Ozzie is his successor now). Nothing could be sweeped under the carpet.  How come this happen? There were no walls in between him and his employees. He didn’t kill the messenger. If he was a typical manager Microsoft could never succeed.

The same is with marriage. The survival of a marriage depends on knowing and sharing the bad news more than the good news. Don’t snug it under the carpet. Deal with it face to face.

Cheating Wives and Cheating Husbands

I have seen wives with cheating husbands and husbands with cheating wives. These wives or husbands usually never know that their spouse is cheating until it’s too late.

Remember cheating starts with un-fulfillment, when one is unable to feel the pain of the other person, what is bugging him or her? Feel the pain of your partner. Look at his or her eyes deeply every morning and every evening. Try to get a feel whether he or she is happy or are there tears, not in the eyes but in the heart somewhere deep down. When these tears are hold for too long they become poison and this poison then slowly kills a marriage/relationship. Don’t let it happen to your relationship.

What Can be the Worst Truth?

The worst truth can be your husband’s current love affair with another girl.

infidelity

What To Do about It?

Accept that truth and make your husband speak it in front of you; you being his best friend. Remember you need a very big heart to listen to that.

Are you his best friend? Can he trust you with the truth?

Or are you his wife? Decision is up to you dear.

What if he speaks the truth then what to do?

Read the book dear; The Book of Truths – The Love Book.

My Marriage is a Disaster. Now What?

I recently answered this question:
QS. My marriage is a disaster. Now what? I’m a married man since May 2008. My wife is from another state, and my hometown is 7 hours drive away… (Read the complete question here: My marriage is a disaster)

marriage separation

My Reply: (I am enhancing it here as I couldn’t write this in a public forum.)

  1. The first thing you need to do is to give the free test at the website The Sacred Seduction. Once you get your risk score you’ll immediately know where you stand.
  2. Second thing is what I understood from your question, I am not judging anyone but it seems your wife has a problem. The problem is that she does not have a “giving” attitude. She has a “taking” attitude. I know I may get a bit personal but in love-making who is the initiator? I believe ‘you are’. This giving and taking is a “must” in any loving-relationship. If she can’t give her “self”, if she can’t surrender then sorry to say your finances won’t improve, no matter how much you try.

Let me explain it a bit here that I couldn’t do at yahoo answers:

Giving in Marriage

What is giving? It’s the giving of love. How love can be given? A good question.

  • When you kiss someone what are you doing? You are giving love.
  • When you make love, it includes touching, oral, blow jobs… just anything, it is giving – giving love.
  • If you prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner for you husband or wife it’s again giving.

What if you’ve to do everything and the other person just takes it and does not return the love?

What if you give her oral and she doesn’t return it with a bj?

Is she shy? Shy of what? Is she shy of giving? Or does she not know how to do it? Or does she conceive this as a dirty thing? Points to ponder… It is also vice versa if she does it to you then you must do it to her.

Actually this is just the start. It has everything to do with the fire of passion. If this fire is missing from the marriage, disintegration starts.

How to burn this fire and keep it burning?

This is the million dollar question. To burn this fire she has to become a seductress or more precisely an escort.

Can Your Wife be Like This?

Ya, my words seems to be harsh to some people but that’s the truth. There is a difference between a wife and an escort. What’s that difference.

How can a wife become an escort for her husband?

Even if she becomes an escort can she win his heart for an eternity?

Nope!

So what’s the secret?

How Do you Really Know You Love Someone?

Someone asked:

I really love my partner my but sometimes wonder if i am in love? I think that he is in love with me because of the way he behaves, though i am confused, any help would be great thanks.

I answered this question here.

(I have expanded the answer in this post to fit a broad audience)
Sit for a moment, clear your mind and think what love really means to you?

Let me ask you:

Are you looking for a physical relationship or a spiritual relationship?

Do you think if someone kisses you, hugs you, holds your hand and says I love you is real love?

Sorry dear it’s not all, anyone can do that.

Now tell me can you share your deepest secrets with that person? And can that person share his deepest personal secrets with you?

If you have shared yours and he has shared his secrets, then it’s a sign that you have a trust relationship between you. And remember trust is the “Most Basic” bond that must exist in a loving-relationship to work.

What I mean by secrets?
share-secrets
Anything personal that can’t be discussed with everyone like parents’ attitude, something about other boy or girlfriends, even past affairs. In fact it is necessary for any healthy love relationship to know about your partner’s past affairs. If someone is hiding something it means he ir she is wearing a mask. These masks then become stumbling stones in a relationship and they increase the distance. The more you share about you, the more you build a stronger bond of love. More about the masks is written in the Love Book (The Sacred Seduction).
The whole building of love is erected on trust. Can you trust that person for anything? If yes then you are truly in love. If not, you are not truly in love. You need this bond to get stronger.

The Importance of the Love of God

What is Love of God and How is it Important in Any Relationship?

Let me quote from “The Sacred Seduction”:

Love of God is the only true and selfless love that exists and this true selfless love then gives rise to true selfless love for humans. Without the true love of God there can never be true love for humans and vice versa.

If you cannot love the person whom you can see, how can you love God whom you cannot see? If you cannot be faithful to a human how can you be faithful to God? “Faithfulness,” is the criteria Michael that God laid down for success – Eternal Success. P-93, Chapter 11 – How to Apologize.

Love of God is in fact the basis for the love of humans. The absence of this love is the reason of failure in any relationship. This is the love of God that acts as a glue to join a relationship.

How it acts as a glue? Through selfless love, selfless sacrifice, selfless giving of one’s self…

Do you see in this world we do everything for a purpose. If I am writing this post I have a purpose, maybe to sell a book and earn some commission, if I want to marry someone it may be because I get interested in her beauty or intellect, if I go to office to work, I want to earn money to feed my family and so on and so forth…

What it is like to love someone for the love of God. Let me quote again from the book:

Teacher: You see Michael you are all f***** up. God doesn’t want you to get all that f***** up. You are running after mirages. Every time you make love to a girl, you think it is love – true love, but in the morning or the next day, or the next day you come to realize that it was just a mirage. For how long Michael will you run after mirages? Life is a never ending story. It never ends even after death. God created you from his own spirit, as He is eternal so are you. Earn someone’s love for an eternity, not for a day or two or three. There is so much more to life than just getting fucked up. If you start believing in God your mind will open up to new possibilities, to new horizons, to new vistas…

…Yes, you make love to a girl one night and a different girl the next. It’s not called love, it’s lust. True love only comes to those who are God fearing. Whose goals are not limited to this worldly life. Who can act selfless, who can give selfless love. What is selfless love? It is to love someone just for the love of God. It is to love someone without even needing that person to look at you or to say thank you or to pass a smile or to kiss you or to marry you or to have sex with you. It is to love the being of a person, not her body or her face or her lips or her breasts. And I tell you Michael this love comes only after you love God…
(Chapter 11 P-93)

These are just some of the reasons why the Love of God is important in the relationships of love. Without this love, relationships fall apart. Yes these relationships may work till one is working and money and health pose no problem. But when life enters a testing phase, these shallow relationships based on lust fell apart. That’s why we see so many breakups, so many divorces.

That’s exactly the point that I mentioned here in yahoo answers (best answer).

There is a whole logic and philosophy behind how love works and how it penetrates deep into the hearts. Well, that’s the topic of another post. It’s mainly concerned with the “Conquest of the Self” of a person. How to conquer a person’s heart? It has to do something with sacrifice.

Want to know more about it please give visit the website The Sacred Seduction, grab the book and read Chapter 18 Conquest of the Self.

Amazing Love Quotes from the Love Book

Some of the best love quotes from the Love Book (The Sacred Seduction)

The Lines of Fate

Say: I love you even if I can’t touch you, even if our lips can’t meet, even if our hair can’t mingle, even if our bodies get sold to money, to gold, to silver, to dust. Marry my soul and kiss my ‘self’.

I love you even if the story of our love is not written on the lines of fate carved on our hands. I know fate is what we want it to be. These lines are going to write our love story again from a new beginning that’s in the coming.

Why You Did This?

Say: Why you did this to me? I loved you. I loved you so much that no one could ever love you even in seven reincarnations. You took the revenge of someone else from me. You broke my trust, wounded my heart and injured each and every shred of my soul. You asked me; any hard feelings? No hard feelings, because I took refuge in that same enchanted lake that’s an integral part of my being. I then put all the shreds of my broken dreams in that lake and each shred became a new dream more vivid, rich and real than the original one – it became a divine reality. You never cared to listen to me, to talk to me, to see my tears, to look inside my broken heart, to ask me something that you should have asked before you made up your mind.

You did this to me because of your wounded self, because of your self-denial, because of your ego that was sky high, higher than Mount Everest. I know one day you are going to realize your mistake but then it may be too late. Do I still love you? Don’t ask me, ask your heart.

You’re Free

Say: I’m saying this to the whole world screaming;

I Love You

I Love You

I Love You

I love you from the depths of my heart and my soul and from those ultimate and sacred places of my heart that none had access but you and only you. I belong to you forever.

I love you even if I can’t get you. I love you even if our ways get separate. I love you even if you fell in love with someone else. I love you but I won’t stand in your way. You’re free. But I still love you…

I’m Gonna Get You!

  • I’m gonna get you even if I have to travel a million miles bare foot.
  • I’m gonna get you even if I have to swim through the oceans of fire or climb mountain ranges covered with snow.
  • I’m gonna get you even if I have to fight a thousand battles or have to lay siege for a hundred years.
  • I’m gonna get you even if I have to fight the whole world.
  • I’m gonna get you, nothing can stand in my way, I’m relentless…

You see I got you.

What’s Wrong With “The Secret”?

It doesn’t matter much if you’ve seen “The Secret” movie or not. I hope you’ve read my previous post about the Law of Attraction. Simply put law of attraction just says “we attract everything in our lives through our thoughts.”

The Law of Attraction

Now suppose I think I’m getting a million dollar check tomorrow. Would the Law of Attraction get me that check? And get me that tomorrow? You may be thinking it’s plain wrong. How could anyone get a million dollar check in mail just by thinking? Things just doesn’t happen in life like that…

Enter Subconscious Programming, Mind Movies, NLP, Subliminal Technology etc. In fact magic(k) also works on the same principals. Now you would be asking what love has to do with this stuff? Too much.

Why I Always Ended Up as A Loser?

Let me tell you something about me. I have been in many love-relationships. I didn’t know why almost all these relationships ended in a breakup. When I finished the book I came to the realization that the problem was with me. In all of my relationships I was subconsciously driven to a breakup through the wrong programming of my mind.

I am a ‘one woman man’ and I don’t believe in 1-night stands. So instead of me always willing to patch up, do anything to save my love I always ended up as a loser. I never betrayed anyone, I never committed adultery then why it all happened to me? You may ask the same question from you if you are also in the same circumstances.

Most of the breakups in marriages or relationships are related to childhood abuse, parents’ separation even religious beliefs. Well, that’s the topic of another post. Here I am mostly concerned with the Law of Attraction.

The Love Book and The Law of Attraction

Let me quote a passage from The Love Book (The Sacred Seduction). Here is the teacher asking a question from the students:

How many of you have seen “Matrix”?

All three students raise their hands.

Please tell me what happened after Morpheus gave Keanu Reaves the two pills?

Tom: He took the red pill and woke up in a sort of another dimension. That scene was sort of bizarre with all sorts of wires attached to his body with a main connection through his neck. I remember he was in a sort of place where there were humans all across him in cocoons with wires attached to them and machines controlling them.

Teacher: Tom, would you believe that’s approximately the same mechanism how the sub-consciousnesses of all the humans are connected together with evil feeding upon their worries and sorrows and good feeding upon their happiness and love?

So what’s wrong with “The Secret? If you’ve seen it there is a genie that grants all the wishes. It’s just like rubbing Aladdin’s lamp. But what if Aladdin didn’t have any balance in his account? Let me quote the book again (They are discussing the “Law of Justice“, yes that’s a law):

David: I got your point, but teacher how can it be? I have seen people getting away with murder, rape, incest, child molestation, they even kill thousands of innocent people but live a very happy life. Why doesn’t the law of justice apply to them?

Teacher: Excellent question David. To answer this we’ll have to look back to the day we discussed ‘The Secret’ movie and the Law of Attraction. There is something missing from the movie as well as from our definition of the Law of Attraction. That something is one of the most critical things that have been ignored and that’s “Our Bank Account with God”.

My sincere advise is you must read more about Your Bank Account with God or with the Universe whichever word you choose, before you choose to go for any NLP stuff, Mind Movies, Visualization, Sub-Conscious Programming etc and before you read any other book on Love and Seduction. It may save you from much trouble and pain.

Love and the Law of Attraction

Has anybody seen the movie “The Secret”? If not I’d suggest you get a copy now. It may change your perception about how you perceive your reality.

The Secret Movie

This movie is based upon a book by Wallace D. Wattles “Science of Getting Rich”. You can read the book free by clicking on that link. This book was written back in 1910 but still I believe it is fully applicable in this age. It has been enhanced and made up to date.

The Law of Attraction

Nevertheless whether you’ve read the book or not, seen the movie or not, I’m going to tell you something about the “Law of Attraction”. Law of Attraction simply states that “we attract everything in our lives through our thoughts”. These are in fact our thoughts that define our reality.

So far so good but how can we control our thoughts? Seems plenty of work. Not so much once we understand the basic mechanics of the functioning of the law. In simple words if we remain happy and calm most of the time, then this happiness and calmness seep into our life. But if we remain miserable, think bad thoughts, then the same things repeat again and again in our life making it more and more miserable.

How to Keep Happy? (From The Love Book)

Now the million dollar question is “How to Keep Happy all the time?” Whatever we do we can’t be happy all the time. But there is something that we can do to keep happy most of the time. That’s what you’ll learn from “The Love Book”.

Let me quote something from it:

He requires from you that if the stocks of the company hit their lowest, bankruptcy filed, nothing left except those huge debts, those ugly bankers/lenders calling you in the middle of the night and then if you say “thank you God, I know you love me and I love you too. And I know you are going to get me out of this mess” and you feel happy about it not once but every time they call, every time you hear another bad news, then and only then He will give you the joy, the happiness and that ray of light, that ray of courage, that ray of hope that will soon change into the sunlight of the day that is always there at the end of tunnel. Only then He will give that true smile on your lips that’ll turn the tables for you. When those ugly bankers will hear your tranquil voice, instead of a merciful murmur first they will be astonished, then they will try to insinuate you and at the end they will feel suicidal themselves. So let it be. Nothing can insinuate you; your perseverance is stronger than Mount Everest…

The above passage is just like the tip of an iceberg. There is so much more to it. Find out more…

What Love Means to You?

With the word LOVE what comes to your mind? It depends upon how old are you. Does this word changes its meaning with age? Am I right?

Suppose when you were a child and someone said “love” what immediately came to your mind? Yup – Your Mother.

mother-child-love

When you grew older let’s say by the age of ten or twelve and then someone said “love” what immediately came to your mind? For me at that age I was crazy about cycles. I was even dreaming about them. I had two and I loved them like crazy. If at that age someone said “love” my cycles would immediately come to my mind.

After that I was even in love with my pets especially cats, parrots, or even “Knight Rider”, do you remember David Hasselhoff? I always dreamed for owning a car like Knight Rider. I was in fact in love with Knight Rider.

While I was writing this post and had written the above paragraph, I though let’s remember Knight Rider. When I saw it again on YouTube (you may click the above link) I thought I’ve moved back twenty seven years around, as if I am the same kid who loved Knight Rider, because I still love “The Kitt” and David Hasselhoff. I was almost in tears. Ah.. these memories…

So I was talking about love. What is Love? Is love a feeling? No it is something beyond that. What is it really?

Quotes on Love from the Love Book

Here are some quotes on love from the Love Book:

“I believe love is the reason why God created this Universe. It is the light that illuminates the direct path to God. When love reaches infinity it becomes worship and worship is only meant for God. To love is to know your Creator. Love is indeed Torah, Bible, Geeta and Quran. Without love all worship is useless.”

“Love is a storm, nothing can stand in its way and no barriers can contain it. It takes with it whatever comes in its path. Its twister engulfs two persons and takes them to heights they never imagined or dreamed of.”

“Love is the most special wine. It has no taste, no odor and no color of its own, it’s not even liquid. But it seeps through every pour of our bodies and every shred of our souls enriching them with a divine song. It does not rule the conscience but it elevates its peculiarities, distinctiveness and creativities to infinite heights. Blessed are the ones who drink it.”

So I was talking about with age our preferences change. Ya, I may not feel the same about Knight Rider or cats or parrots but these feelings are still there. These things bring back my childhood memories. But now if the word “Love” comes up I’m not immediately reminded about them.

The Kiss of Love

A time comes in life when these material things don’t matter much. Suppose you have everything in your life. A nice home, car, money… now tell me if I say “Love” what immediately comes to your mind?

I’m not a mind reader so I’ll speak of myself; now whenever I hear “Love”, a feeling of happiness surrounds me, as if there are flowers everywhere, there is rain, clouds and rainbows. As if someone has kissed me. To me a kiss of love means more than anything in this world. It has become the most precious thing for me, my most precious possession.

What about you? What’s the most precious thing for you? Is it a car, a villa, lots of monies…? Or a kiss of love?
